To strengthen our team, we are looking for you – a service-oriented, organized, and committed individual who reliably and professionally supports our customers.

Your tasks

  • You handle customer inquiries via chat and ticket systems
  • You maintain telephone contact with our customers and advise them competently
  • You take on the professional processing of complaints and returns, including follow-up
  • You work through open cases in a structured way and set priorities
  • You coordinate with internal teams on complex issues

Your qualifications

  • You have commercial training
  • You have experience in customer service, support, or a comparable position
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • You present yourself reliably and service-oriented in customer contact
  • You work in a structured, reliable, efficient manner and are motivated
  • You handle digital systems and processes confidently
  • You pitch in, act solution-oriented, and provide input
