Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.99. For orders over €99, we offer free shipping. We ship with DHL and DPD.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. You can find the current delivery times on the product pages. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

3. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please use the return label included with your order. If there is no return label in your package, please contact our customer service by email at customerservice@norliva.co.uk or by phone at +49 32 2210 90025. We will provide you with a return label so you can send the goods back to us free of charge.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the item or offer you a refund.
