General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Norliva GmbH
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of Norliva GmbH, Am Krebsbach 3, 79241 Ihringen, Germany.
2. Contracting party

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after submission by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.
4. Prices and shipping costs
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order for delivery within Germany. For orders over €99, we deliver free of shipping costs.
5. Delivery conditions
We deliver only within Germany. Delivery is made by GLS. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. Any differing delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
6. Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. If you select Klarna as your payment method, you can choose between instant bank transfer, invoice, and installment payment. Processing is handled by Klarna. We refer to the Klarna GTC and Klarna Privacy Policy.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Note on compensation for loss of value due to use of the goods
Please note that you are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless a return label is included with your order. In that case, you can use the return label to send the goods back to us free of charge.

9. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return process:
- If your order includes a return label, please use it for your return. If there is no return label in your package, please contact our customer service by email at customerservice@norliva.co.uk or by phone at +49 32 2210 90025 to request a return label. We will provide you with a return label so you can return the goods to us free of charge.
- Please pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during transport. Attach the return label clearly visible on the package.
- Drop off the package at the nearest location of the shipping service provider specified by us.
Refund:
- As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
10. Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the item or offer you a refund.
11. Pricing Information and Obvious Errors
All prices listed in our online shop are subject to possible errors. If a technical issue or human input error results in an incorrect price (e.g., €0 or an unusually low amount) being displayed, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In such cases, we will promptly inform customers and refund any payments already received. There is no entitlement to delivery at the incorrectly stated price.
