Shipping

1. Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of €4.99. For orders with a total value over €99, we offer free shipping. We ship with DHL or DPD.

2. Delivery time

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

3. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please use the return label included with your order. If there is no return label in your package, please contact our customer service by email at customerservice@norliva.co.uk or by phone at +49 32 2210 90025. We will provide you with a return label so you can send the item back to us free of charge.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the item or offer you a refund.
