Right of withdrawal

1. General return conditions

At Norliva GmbH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return within 30 days (Goodwill Policy)

Return period:

  • You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Return shipping costs:

  • Return shipping is free of charge for you. We cover the cost of returning the goods.

Conditions for return:

  • The goods must be unused.
  • The goods must show no signs of use.
  • The goods must be in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Return process:

  • Register your return: If your order includes a return label, please use it to send the item back. If no return label is included, contact us within the 30-day period by email at customerservice@norliva.co.uk or by phone at +49 32 2210 90025 to request a return label. We will send you a return label and further instructions on how to return your item.
  • Prepare your return: Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport. Attach the return label clearly and visibly to the package.
  • Send your return: Drop off the package at the nearest drop-off location of the shipping provider specified by us.

Refund:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method. No restocking fee will be charged.

Exclusions from the right of return:

  • The right of return does not apply to the following items:
    • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
    • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
    • Goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:

  • The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NORLIVA GmbH, Am Krebsbach 3, 79241 Ihringen, Germany, Phone: +49 32 2210 90025, Email: customerservice@norliva.co.uk) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Consequences of withdrawal:

  • If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
  • You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless your order includes a return label. In this case, you can use the return label to send the goods back to us free of charge.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly replace the item or offer you a refund.
